Get ready for a full day of yoga at Le Manoir Gabard in Chalais. In the morning, choose two forty-five minutes sessions suitable for beginners. After enjoying light fare, choose to meditate in the lovely gardens or even take a dip in the pool instead before surrendering to a restful Nidra session. There’s a knee-free class (for all you sore knees out there!) before we end the day with a centering sound bath. Attend the morning, the afternoon, or the entire day! It’s all by donation for a good cause!

Class space may be limited. Please RSVP your intent to attend any or all sessions, especially lunch, by emailing IYDCharentes@gmail.com. We will do our best to accommodate everyone and make adjustments as necessary and possible. Therefore, schedule is subject to alteration.
